Why do I get the message "Plug in the USB drive into your computer and restart the application" ?


When using an extension cable, a docking station or a USB hub to connect your USB Drive or MP3 Player to your PC you could receive a message saying that your device can't be found to start one of our applications (Lock it Easy, Surf it Easy, Travel it Easy or Carry it Easy). To resolve this issue you should connect your device directly to your PC. Then start the application again. If you still receive the same message, please make sure that your USB Drive or MP3 Player is recognized properly by your PC.
